November 2014: As an organizational development professional, I have been exposed to many boardroom discussions about corporate values, mission, vision, culture, etc. It is a generally accepted principle that great companies align their core ideology with the general environment of their industry in order to generate profitability, operationally efficiency, and stakeholder (ownership, employees, and customers) satisfaction.
